As both my wife and I have leased cars from BMW, I have always checked other BMW dealers in the bay area but always come back to BMW Concord as they always had the best deal. We never experiences big technical issues with our cars but when maintenance is needed we always used BMW Concord service center as they are very knowledgeable and professional too. More

Sheila was there to guide me during the order process, explanation of price and options at my disposal (lease Vs financing) plus the use of my USAA discount I could use toward the purchase. It was a long painful wait for my car to be ordered then built then shipped. Which being on the west coast takes 6 weeks for the ship to travel from Germany to the west coast but Sheila kept me informed the whole time. I admired Sheila persistence to her manager to get me the best price possible for me. And in the end I feel like I made a great purchase at the best price possible. Jennifer Sims in finance did the paperwork and she was very accommodating and pleasurable to witness first hand.
