My lease was ending soon, so I contacted several dealerships as well as a few 3rd party auto brokers to inquire about my options. By far, Mursal at BMW Concord was the BEST of the lot! In the beg dealerships as well as a few 3rd party auto brokers to inquire about my options. By far, Mursal at BMW Concord was the BEST of the lot! In the beginning, I waffled between buying and leasing: Mursal remained patient and always answered my questions promptly. Once I decided to lease (again), she took down my criteria and quickly located a compatible vehicle. Not only did Mursal take the time to review the spreadsheet of numbers, she worked hard to get the payments within my budget. Mursal is an excellent project manager. Ahead of my visit, she prepared me for what to expect and followed up with text reminders. The day before pickup, she had Ben in Finance call me to Docusign the contract. He gave me a sweet deal on the lease protection plan and was especially helpful fielding my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, Mursal had my remaining paperwork ready, the car was parked right out front, and I received a thorough orientation from Wren. While I was with Wren, Mursal conducted my return vehicle inspection and took care of my down payment. In all, I was on site for less than 30 minutes!! Seriously, no lollygagging here. Just super organized and efficient. I have been to countless dealerships. BMW Concord Leasing is definitely a cut above. From start to finish, Mursal, Ben, and Wren are the epitome of customer service. Thank you for a memorable and seamless experience! More
My first time purchasing a BMW and Eugene Villena was very helpful and I did not feel pressured. I would have preferred to have had more time with the "BMW genius"; perhaps providing your customers with very helpful and I did not feel pressured. This was the best experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. No, they didn't pay me to say this. I have never had issues with BMW Concord before (been a service customer for all my cars, and we b a long time. No, they didn't pay me to say this. I have never had issues with BMW Concord before (been a service customer for all my cars, and we bought my wife's CPO X1 here), but the new ownership seems to have really raised the bar. I took my 440i in for new tires, because none of the tire joints had a full set. They couldn't get the wheels aligned, because apparently a California pothole of death I hit a while back had busted one of the suspension arms. Skyler in the service department spent probably hours working back and forth with me and my insurance agent, often sending information directly to them without my involvement - all before I had even gotten the work approved. He really stayed on top of things and made sure I got taken care of. That car was getting near end of life, so I also went in to take a look at i4 leases during this Summer Sale promotion from BMW corporate. Mursal in sales saw me immediately, got a few things started in the background, and sent me a list of options. She came in the next day - on Sunday, her day off - to run some numbers for me and let me test drive two models. The deal they made was incredible! Seriously, they added some credits of their own on top of the BWM promotion, and I got a pretty loaded eDrive40 for a lower payment than I was being offered for Mustang Mach-E's which were >$10k less. I found a car at Weatherford that had the exact paint and packages that I wanted. Since that was also a Sunwise shop, she arranged for that car to be reserved and transported over (also kicked off on her day off). So I got exactly the car I wanted at an exceptional price all ready at the showroom to pick up a day later. Even the paperwork was quick and easy. Alexander took care of signing online, which I did from my own home. He quickly went through the options, let me make my own decision, and had an electronic documents ready for me to sign within minutes. The entire process took maybe a half hour. I've been held hostage in dealerships for hours before getting the Sales 101 treatment. Not here. I really can't say enough good things. I took my car in, got surprise maintenance, and I ended up actually being happy. More
No pressure and very accommodating with test drives and customer experience. Their service department and quality assurance is questionable though. They can get lazy with inspections and repairs. customer experience. Their service department and quality assurance is questionable though. They can get lazy with inspections and repairs. More

Took my BMW 750i in for a routine oil change on 07/03/24, only to find out it was leaking oil on both my drive way and garage floor a day later. Upon bringing the vehicle back to be inspected, it was determi only to find out it was leaking oil on both my drive way and garage floor a day later. Upon bringing the vehicle back to be inspected, it was determined there was an issue with the oil filter, however I was not told what that issue was (i.e. was it over tightened or cross threaded?). No one apologized for the mishap or even offered to compensate me due to me having to take time off work to bring the vehicle back a second time or for the oil stains I now have on my driveway and garage floor. It was not until I complained and requested some type of reimbursement that I was finally comped the cost of the oil change, so I do appreciate that. But the other issue is I brought the vehicle in with 36,586 miles and per the invoice the "out" mileage was 36.596, yet when I got in the vehicle, it was at 36,600. The invoice did say a road test was done to confirm the leak was fixed, but a 14 mile road test! To top it off my radio station was changed to music I never listen to. So was this a "road test" or a joy ride/running errands drive. Never heard the need to drive a car 14 miles just to test for a leak. Not really appreciative of that either. In the end, the issue was rectified, but the fact that they were un-apologetic and appeared to "borrow" my car for a 14 mile road test leaves somewhat of a bad taste in my mouth.
