I don't recommend the Concord BMW as a place to repair your car. During my last visit the guy tries to charge me 1300$ on replacing 4 spark plugs which has worked for only 30K miles, instead of 50 or 60K your car. During my last visit the guy tries to charge me 1300$ on replacing 4 spark plugs which has worked for only 30K miles, instead of 50 or 60K miles! and telling me just like milk the spark plugs go bad!!! and 330$ for cabin filter on a car which hasn't been driven and doesn't need a cabin filter replacement, therefor refuse to reset the service alert just because of that! I understand the car dealers are always expensive but this is Highway robbery. There is a recall on my car since last year which they refused to deal with and telling me that the part is not available yet which makes BMW an unsafe car to drive! Lastly the oil change shouldn't take the whole day specially when it was the 7:00am appointment! More
