I don't recommend the Concord BMW as a place to repair your car. During my last visit the guy tries to charge me 1300$ on replacing 4 spark plugs which has worked for only 30K miles, instead of 50 or 60K More

I am so glad this experience happened soon enough, as I was about to spend nearly 110K on a new X6, however I had to change my mind, due to the lack of available BMW service centers in the area as I am not planning to bring my car to your dealership "which is over 20miles away" for service and loose my Saturday because of a 10 minutes oil change and much more. Lastly, I drive BMWs because I like fast cars and it doesn't mean that I was born yesterday! It seems like your dealership is very busy and it needs help by additional authorized after service centers in the area
