BMW Concord

Had a really poor experience with the Service dept. Brought our X2 to fix a flat tire and do an oil change as part of regular maintenance schedule. We were told by the advisor that we're due also for a "fuel injector service" as part of bmw maintenance given our vehicle age & mileage. Let him know I needed more time to look into this, then jumped online and learned that this is a dealership originating "service" that they push as an upsell and has nothing to do with official BMW recommended service. Sad to have been lied to and that they positioned this as official service. Make sure you do your homework on anything they recommend. Or, better yet, try to find another dealer that won't play games. More
