Can’t say enough about Axelrod‘s GMC service department in Parma. Last night Wifey went out to the truck at her work and it was dead. She waited three hours for State Farm - Roadside Assistance to come out in Parma. Last night Wifey went out to the truck at her work and it was dead. She waited three hours for State Farm - Roadside Assistance to come out and give her a jump. Today I went to leave home and again it wouldn’t start. I called Axelrod and they sent a mechanic to my house with a jump box in 20 minutes. They were unable to get it to start with the jump box so the Service Director himself drove to my house and jumped the vehicle with his car and then followed me down to the dealership so that they could put a battery in for me to get me off to work tonight. All together took less than 2 hours with Axelrod. You will not find a more professional and better service department in my opinion. It’s one of the main reasons I stayed with GMC/Chevy. More
