From the time that I walked into the dealership everything felt comortable. They gave me time to look around before bothering me which I always appreciate. Since the dealership did not have exactly what I was looking for they were very quick to find out what it ws that I was looking for and hunting it down for me. Within just a couple of days the dealership called me and had the exact truck I wanted on their lot for me to come see. And it was exactly what I wanted so I purchased it that day. And for a very good price. Better then I thought it was going to be. Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience and have and will continue to recomend the dealship to everyone I know looking for a new vehical. More

I visited Axelrod Buick GMC interested in learning more about the GMC Terrain and not necessarily planning to buy or lease one. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Dave who immediately made me about the GMC Terrain and not necessarily planning to buy or lease one. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Dave who immediately made me and my wife feel welcome. We not only test drove one, but two different Terrains. Dave and the staff patiently answered my countless questions about the car. Having decided this was the vehicle I wanted, Dave and the Axelrod staff made sure I received every incentive available as well as arranging for the completion of my lease on my current vehicle. I never felt pressured as has often been my experience in the past and was very satisfied with the price. Being over 60 years old, I have dealt with numerous dealers and salespeople over the years. I tried to purchase a car with financing. They tell me it may work. It said awesome. Next day comes. No phones calls, not even an email. The guy that was suppose to help didnt even call. I am a GMS customer who recently found an automobile exactly what I was looking for. The local dealership attempted to acquire the vehicle from Axelrod and were told that we could have the car. Upon g exactly what I was looking for. The local dealership attempted to acquire the vehicle from Axelrod and were told that we could have the car. Upon gathering the team and preparing to leave to pick up the car, my local dealer made another call to inform what time they would be there. Axelrod backed out of the deal. I phoned Axelrod to find out why they would not do business with my dealer, and was told there was a deal pending on the vehicle, however if I wished to secure a down payment, they would sell the car to me. This is very poor business relations. How can this dealer be given a positive rating when they are willing to sell a car behind a prospective buyer's back (if there was a prospective buyer). I went back online to see if the car was still in inventory. Lo and behold, 5 days later, the car is still there, unsold. I hope this story is valuable to future prospective buyers. BEWARE -- your deal may be made, but until the car is in your possession, don't count on it. More
