I received great service when I purchased my car. I had a problem with it a few days after I bought it, the heat wouldn't work. I called they said bring it in & they fixed it right away. Once I decided to purchase the car, the process was straight forward and simple. The car was detailed and looked great for pickup. I liked that a salesman sat with me in the car and showed me all the options and helped to set up the blue-tooth and onstar. The show room is pretty small and didn't have alot of vehicles inside. They made up for this by pulling the car at which I wanted to look into their back bay and then let me look through it there, which actually turned out to work well, as I had a bit more privacy with my family to look through it. Over the years I have used the General Motors Master Card point system for my purchases. This time, due to new regulations and procedures,the redemption process was quite burdensome. More
