Rashad, we take our customer satisfaction extremely seriously. That said, I'm very disappointed to see your review here. Not only are you insulting your own cousin, Chad, who sold you your vehicle, you're selectively remembering our very transparent transaction. You wanted a Yukon Denali with a sunroof. The one we had on our website was in transit and pre-sold to another customer. After trying to locate you a comparable Yukon and being unable to due to the incredible inventory shortage the country is facing, we offered you a different, less expensive Denali in stock. We specifically stated that we would not be involved in the modification of the vehicle, but that other companies could. Finish Line is a reputable local business that we have worked with before, so it would not surprise me that they were our recommendation. You decided to take our in-stock Yukon and that transaction was finalized. A week later, the Yukon you originally wanted came in and the customer who had put down a deposit unfortunately decided not to proceed with a purchase. Based on your being related to your salesperson, Chad, we went above and beyond to accommodate your request by to unwinding your deal, taking back your now 500+ mile Yukon, and by redelivering you in the more expensive original Yukon that you preferred. Obviously, a Yukon with more equipment will cost more money. Your financing, which is set by the bank, increased by only 51 basis points due to the increased amount financed. By all accounts, you left extremely happy in your Yukon. I'm very caught off guard by your negative sentiment and would love to discuss further. I know Chad has reached out to you. -Mitchell Axelrod

Because, with all due respect, you seem to be foggy on the details, which is understandable seeing how you weren’t physically present for any part of it.
