I was a customer of the service department on December 3, 2021. I had some atypical difficulty with the link sent to me after the service, so I'm taking it upon myself to write a review. Axelrod does my oi 2021. I had some atypical difficulty with the link sent to me after the service, so I'm taking it upon myself to write a review. Axelrod does my oil changes as well as more complex maintenance that comes up at less frequent intervals. At my last oil change, I told the service advisor I have always worked with that I wanted to have another more involved service done and indicated I wanted a certain technician to perform this service. I was told that, with a little bit of lead time in making the appointment, this would be feasible. This service is a maintenance item of intermediate complexity, and it falls into that handful of systems with fluids (beyond oil changes) that periodically need to be serviced. I have certain services performed by tracking my vehicle's mileage, even if my car was running fine upon making the appointment. Its drivability was even better after this service and it's nice to have fresh, new fluid and other typical minor related new parts in this system. I was given a window of time within which I could wait for the car, and the keys were handed to me within that window of time. The repair cost was what was discussed in advance. I was pleased with this experience and the good dialogue I have always had with the Axelrod service department. More
