Great !! After looking at the available cars on line, I was contacted by Rachel Wallace. She gave me the details that I needed to finalize the selection that After looking at the available cars on line, I was contacted by Rachel Wallace. She gave me the details that I needed to finalize the selection that I made. She was very helpful & patient. My husband & I went to Axelrod & were introduced to our salesman, Steve Cseke. In just a few minutes we were off on our test drive. Upon our return, we decided to purchase the car & made our deal using a 2011 Buick as a trade-in. Steve is a friendly & personable guy who got us a price very close to what we expected to pay. We picked up the car the following day & were helped by (another) Steve who guided us through the technical products in the car. We are in our 60's & were told that if we needed additional "lessons" we could just come back anytime for help.........which WILL happen. I have dealt with Axelrod in the past & have always been treated with respect & kindness. More
