Outstanding deal and customer service!!! After my fiancée had found a nice used 2009 Ford Edge at Axelrod we were greeted by Steve and Jayme. Both these gentlemen are top notch and went out o After my fiancée had found a nice used 2009 Ford Edge at Axelrod we were greeted by Steve and Jayme. Both these gentlemen are top notch and went out of there way to make this the best car buying experience we've ever experienced. They took fantastic care of my fiancée and were so very courteous and helpful. We were in and out quickly and drove away in quite possibly one of the nicest used cars I've seen to date. I myself have purchased over 30 vehicles in my lifetime...never seen anything as relaxed and comfortable as this. Definitely not your usual car buying experience. Other dealerships should emulate what these guys do at Axelrod. More

I dealt with Jayme Yates, Steve Cseke Have purchased more than 30 new and used vehicles since 1970 and the drive from Warren, Ohio was well worth it. I dealt with Jayme Yates, Steve Cseke and Suzie Axelrod. Each one of them were first-class individuals and would be great to deal with in any situation. Thanks to them it was the first time I purchased a vehicle in a relaxed setting. I didn't feel like I was in a competition in a contest I had no chance of wining.
