Mr. Steve Cseke was my salesman. He actually exceeded my expectations (which are typically high to begin with). He did everything he said he would do and followed up to make sure all my questions were answered before I agreed to purchase my new Buick. No pressure at all and he handled any issues that came up. I was treated prefessional I don't believe my tires were rotated properly. They just moved my front tires to back and back to front. I believe when you rotate tires you use th I don't believe my tires were rotated properly. They just moved my front tires to back and back to front. I believe when you rotate tires you use the cross patter which means for cars that are rear wheel ddrive you move the front tires to the opposite sides of the rear and the rear tires are moved straight forward. This way the tires eventually hit every spot on the car to wear more evenly. This was not done. More
