A pleasurable experience I bought a car at Axelrid Buick....it was an experience in kindness, honesty and integrity, not to mention the fact that I have an awesome new car tha I bought a car at Axelrid Buick....it was an experience in kindness, honesty and integrity, not to mention the fact that I have an awesome new car that I absolutely cannot wait to drive each day. Never once did I feel pressured. Instead, Steve and every member of the Axelrid family turned my visit into a pleasurable and knowledgeable visit rather than a scary one. I needed an oil change and tire rotation so I decided to go to Axelrod. They were very accommodating. by my surprise they took me right away. I was in and out in about an hours time. They also did a software update that I was not aware of which I thought was very thoughtful as I did not have to make another appointment to have this done. Next time I lease or buy my next Buick I will definitely go to Axelrod first. thank for the great service. More
