Great experience! I really dreaded walking car lots looking for a car. I had a few makes & models in mind so I started looking on the internet. I called a few other dea I really dreaded walking car lots looking for a car. I had a few makes & models in mind so I started looking on the internet. I called a few other dealerships & felt pressured so scratched them off my list. When I called Axelrod, I talked to Jerrod. I told him what I was looking for & he did everything possible to help me find it. No pressure. He called periodically & told me what was there. Bingo, he found what I was looking for & at the right price. Steve was my sales person & when I came in the SUV was washed & waiting for me to take it for a test ride. I bought it & couldn't be happier. "Everyone" there was so friendly & it like family. I'm happy with my Terrain, my experience & all the people at Axelrod Buick GMC. More
