I was there twice to get a new key for my Enclave and had to come back the next day to get the new key fob programmed. I haven’t had much good luck at car dealerships the past few years so I wasn’t expecting much but I was very surprised to find that every person I talked to and dealt with was friendly and helpful, and even more surprised they washed my car before I left. I even called my husband when I got in the car to tell him how pleased I was. That’s never happened before. Thank you for all your help! More

Dropped the car off for the appointment only to hear they did not have the parts on hand. With a week's notice they did not order the parts ahead of time which is unacceptable. I was left without a car all weekend and not presented any other options. When the part did arrive on Monday the car was barely done before the dealership closed. I was quoted on the phone a price of $295. When I checked out, the final bill was ~$375. Citing shop fees and taxes. If you are going to quote me a price, quote the all in price. Also FYI the survey doesn't work in Google Chrome. More

Frustrating I recently bought my car and was there for my second complimentary oil change with purchase. I was checking in and the gentleman asked me for payment. I advised him I was there for my second and final oil change. The reply was you’ve already had your two. I replied no sir I haven’t. He said yes you have. I asked to see the paper and it was dated the day before I bought my car. He then stated again something isn’t right. I replied with dates I purchased my vehicle and stated you can check with the sales manager. I didn’t like the the back and forth. I feel like he could have checked the records instead of implying I wasn’t telling the truth. I gave 5 stars because my car was clean and everyone is always pleasant. I feel like this was isolated event. More
