Brett has always treated me like daughter! Needless to say his warm customer service come from Brandon too! He treats me like a sister.. Not knowing my circumstances the both immediately took Needless to say his warm customer service come from Brandon too! He treats me like a sister.. Not knowing my circumstances the both immediately took care of me needing transportation.. I’m spoiled and they had no problem spoiling me! EVERYONE at this location is approachable!!! Went in for a 45,000 mile filter and oil change. Personnel were courteous, performed the services in about an hour while I waited and everything was satisfactory. No complaints about the service and I will continue to return to Axelrod for servicing. However, I was shocked at the charge for changing the cabin filter. I've done that before myself for about 1/3 of the $90 + the dealer charged so will not do that again. Good filter should cost around $30 whcih is half of the dealer's charge - no complaints about the labor cost since that is to be expected. So lesson is to ask about the cost before agreeing to the work, even though you think it's just a minor service item. They asked about chanign the wipers and I turned that down when it was priced at around $90 as well. More
