Good experience overall. Was a little confusing when arriving for appointment I pulled in the service lane then there was no clear direction where to go or who to talk to. Had oil change and key fob batteries replaced- said it would take about one hour when I called to schedule the appointment- took 2 hours. They discounted the oil change since they were backed up in the shop which was great it just would have been nice to have an update while I was sitting in the waiting room that it was going to be delayed.
