I purchased the vehicle on November 28th toady is January 4th and I'm still waiting on service department to contact me to fix what need to be fixed on my Jeep!! I called several times, contacted the sales p 4th and I'm still waiting on service department to contact me to fix what need to be fixed on my Jeep!! I called several times, contacted the sales person and the service dept and I'm still waiting!!! It's super inconvenient to sell a 20k+ vehicle with a non working driver window and speaker or head unit problem and non working turn signals and after over a month from purchase I'm still trying to get a hold of anyone to help me. might also add that the day of the purchase they said that the car will be detailed and after I went home there was mud/dirt under the hood all over the engine compartment and I cleaned it up myself as best as I can. I had very pleasant experience with the finance dept Susie Woodward but it's been very bad experience after that from service dept. More

Not happy how my service was handled and after I finally was able to talk to manager I noticed something on bottom of service receipt saying something wrong with my car that they never followed up to talk t was able to talk to manager I noticed something on bottom of service receipt saying something wrong with my car that they never followed up to talk to me about. As even the manager I talked to seemed to have a hard time coming up with what to say when I brought up all my problems how my service was.
