My 2005 Vibe needed the passenger airbag recall done. My letter suggested Spitzer in Northfield, but they were completely booked through the end of the year (as I wanted to take advantage of the MasterCard letter suggested Spitzer in Northfield, but they were completely booked through the end of the year (as I wanted to take advantage of the MasterCard Gift Card promo if completed by 12/31). I called Axelrod and Paula was able to get me in the same day at 12:30. Paula was so very pleasant and accommodating over the phone. I complimented her! Upon arrival, Dominic took care of us, and once again, I was very pleased with the service he gave. I complimented him as well and he had a “whatever we can do to help you” attitude! I asked if he could take a look under the car at something dangling. He said no problem. We left, and within 1 and 1/2 hours Dominic called and the car was done. He said they saw a screw loose under the car and tightened it up, so we should be good! We checked out and once again, complimented the team for their wonderful service and kindness!!! We will definitely recommend them to others!! Thank you so much!! More

I bring my truck here because i like the service i get when i do bring it NOW THIS WEEK I BRING MY TRUCK FOR TWO SIMPLE THINGS AND I GOT NETHER ONE I SAID THIS BECAUSE I BRING MY TRUCK FOR oil change and when i do bring it NOW THIS WEEK I BRING MY TRUCK FOR TWO SIMPLE THINGS AND I GOT NETHER ONE I SAID THIS BECAUSE I BRING MY TRUCK FOR oil change and tire pressure sensor and wend i get my vehicle back OIL LIFE remains AT 12% tire pressure sensor light still in dashboard.
