We had a very nice experience with Mike Walsh as well as the dealership. He was in touch with us routinely after we bought our first Audi and we returned for another Q7. Very disappointed in this dealer. I drove 2.5 hours from NY State to pick up a car. Which unfortunately was not there when i got there and i had to wait over an hour before they admitted the car was not the NY State to pick up a car. Which unfortunately was not there when i got there and i had to wait over an hour before they admitted the car was not there. They then said they would drive the car i wanted to my office. The only problem is they did not show up and never called me to let me know. The second attempt to deliver was successful but the car had no front license plate holder. it took about 5 weeks to get the license plate holder but it was the wrong part. I am still waiting for the correct part 10 weeks later. I will never again deal with Audi Wynnewood More

In today's world it is very rare to receive top notch customer service. I must say when visiting this dealership I feel I am well taken care of and they meet all my needs. My 2009 Audi A4 had an oil customer service. I must say when visiting this dealership I feel I am well taken care of and they meet all my needs. My 2009 Audi A4 had an oil pressure and oil consumption issue, which Josh the service tech, and Michael the service manager worked diligently to correct without causing worry or stress on my end. Entire process was seamless. Received a brand new 2013 Audi A6 to drive while they diagnosed and corrected the problem. They kept me informed of the progress on my car each step of the way in a prompt professional and courteous manner. I recommend to all my friends / family / clients etc. that if they are looking for a new car to go to Audi Wynnewood. I have received nothing but the highest level of service since buying my car from them when I moved to Wynnewood back in 2008. They care about their customers and stand behind the product. More

I worked with Josh. My car has been burning oil too fast so I took my car for a consumption test. He was extremely friendly and helpful and explained everything very well to a girl who doesn't know anything so I took my car for a consumption test.
