My partner and I went to Audi of Wynnewood not intending to purchase, but to review our options, this past Saturday, and had such a pleasant experience there that we ended up purchasing two new cars. Our sales person, Ian Fricker, was amazing to work with. He was personable, down-to-earth, and most important of all, treated us as if we were simply friends he was showing a new car off to. There was never any pressure to purchase, nor was there any pressure to purchase upgrades/options that we were not interested in. During the trade-in process we worked with Patricia Kirkland, the sales manager, and while we didn't always like the information she had for us, we greatly enjoyed working with her. Had it not been for the combination of Ian and Patricia, I don't believe we would have made a purchase this week. The overall feel of the dealership was amazing, and the benefits one receives from purchasing there are numerous. All-in-all, this was the best car purchasing experience either of us has had, and we would do it all over again, if given the chance, and we recommend all those in the area searching for an Audi to stop into Audi of Wynnewood. More

Both Zack and the Sales/Management team was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the car, and made the car I was interested in available f friendly and easy to work with. They spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the car, and made the car I was interested in available for several test drives, as I was having a difficult time deciding between Audi and another brand. Although I did not end up purchasing the Audi, there was nothing more the staff could have done to make me feel comfortable and I will certainly direct others interested in Audi to Zack and Wynnewood Audi, and will also go back when it is time to purchase another vehicle. I shopped locally and felt that the Shrewsbury dealership (the one I use for service) was internet. Since I owned an Audi, I knew the car I wanted. I contacted Audi of Wynnewood (salesman Viraaj Lall) and negotiated and purchased my Audi A6 over the phone. They did everything they said they would and were completely professional. I purchased my car from Ted and couldn't ask for a better experience. His knowledge of the product, professional manner and ability to make me feel comfortable during the purchase was second to none. My visit to Audi Wynnewood was completely different than my experience at two other philly-area Audi dealers, and one local Acura dealer. I don't think I've ever felt as comfortable talking with salespeople as I did in wynnewood. All of my questions were answered, the test drive was great and the negotiations were very surprising. Both the manager (Ruarri) and the salesperson (Ted) showed me a lot of independent pricing information and reviews which made me very comfortable with the price we agreed on. This was a very good experience, and I have already recommended other people to Audi Wynnewood. More

Words can not express my dissatisfaction with this car dealership. I could never recommend this dealership to anyone after the car buying experience that I had. I purchased my new Audi about a month ago and have already been back to the dealership 3x's -- two for service and once to have my car detailed (horribly might I add, the car was cleaner when I brought it in!). Also the problem that I took my car in for service for is still not fixed. I have to go back in a month because the problem is not diagnosable by this dealership and they need to consult Audi America or another local dealership about how to fix it. This dealership is new, so I anticipated growing pains, but not to this extent. I wish that I never stepped foot in this dealership or purchased this car. I told my husband that we should have gone to Audi in Conshohocken and now he will never live this down! More

This dealership is only months old and the salespeople are pretty inept. First I was not told about the $650 Audi care that was on top of the negotiated selling price. Then I find out that my car is on some holding lot in Rhode Island and I can't take delivery for a week when I had cancelled a flight and made plans to drive instead for a vacation. I ended up getting a silver car instead of black because I couldn't wait the extra days. Then, when the salesperson came to pick me up (granted that was nice) I find out that my car is not going to be ready tonight and we are just going to fill out paperwork and he wants me to go back to the dealership tomorrow to pick up the car. He did not think to inform me of this in advance which is completely unacceptable. In the end, we did paperwork tonight and he is driving my car to me tomorrow but I still feel pretty shafted given that I agreed to a very fair price and money factor. More
