I worked with Josh. My car has been burning oil too fast so I took my car for a consumption test. He was extremely friendly and helpful and explained everything very well to a girl who doesn't know anything so I took my car for a consumption test. Our Q5 had some damage to its body, as well as a flat tire. The dealership was fantastic when it came to getting the flat tire fixed immediately. And Josh and Mike went well beyond the call of duty by indicating that they would hold onto our car until the insurance adjuster came to visit, then would handle getting the car to the body shop, and have it returned: all while Audi Wynnewood would allow us to use a loaner. This was certainly not anything that they needed to do, but goes to show how Josh and Mike are so dedicated to making sure that the customers' needs are addressed in the way that works best for the customer - not what might be the easiest way for the dealership to operate. My wife and I strongly recommend people use this location for whatever their Audi needs might be. More

I had a problem with my driver side seat that Jason attended to and had it fixed. I replaced all 4 tires and they did a great job - even though my schedule required me to take the vehicle in twice.
