Customer service is something very important to me having grown up serving others in my career. It is also something Audi Wynnewood and Mike Walsh value very much, and with which I was certainly pleased. Mik grown up serving others in my career. I had visited him about 10 months previous from my purchase, contemplating buying it at the time long ago. Mike showed me around the dealership and parking lot of various vehicle choices including several versions of the A4. He also showed me around the A6 and S4's, which I was only thinking of but wasn't too sure of buying. I was leaning more towards an A4. After further discussion, we both decided a better option may be an S4. We test drove a few cars that day and he offered to lend me a loaner for a few days to try out. After trying the car out, I fell in love, but after further thought I realized there were other priorities at the time I had to take care of, such as buying a new house and concentrating on bettering my career before making a big purchase. After returning the S4 from the dreamy 3-day adventure, I voiced my concerns with Mike. Even after working with me countless hours with the purchase, he fully understood my need for more time before making the purchase and didn’t waste any time in trying to force or convince me into a decision I wasn’t ready for. He trusted me to come back when I was ready. Sure enough, 10 months later, I was right back at the dealer again after everything else straightened out and other priorities were set in place. Mike helped find the perfect S4 to fit the options I wanted, leaving out the ones I didn’t. He also explained thoroughly the whole purchasing process and what was needed to get the best price for my trade-in, going out of his way to arrange a courtesy trade-in transaction with a buyer I had found on my own, making sure to allow me to save on the trade-in tax costs and apply it to the new S4. Furthermore, after discussing pricing for the new S4, I trusted Mike to give me the best price around and to find a bank to provide a loan for the car with the lowest APR available. Surely, he was very competitive with his pricing with the help of his manager, Suzannah Sarkahian. He definitely made the whole experience fun and exciting in this big decision. Today, I’m enjoying every mile drive of my new Audi S4 and can’t thank Mike Walsh enough for his help. I would recommend Audi Wynnewood to anyone looking for a new purchase and sending them right to Mike! More

We recently purchased a new Q7 from Audi Wynnewood and had a terrific experience. We worked with Ted and Suzannah and found them to be very knowledgable and helpful. Unlike many car dealerships it was a low pressure interaction. Ted and Suzannah were more concerned with providing us with what we needed and making sure we were satisfied. Upon delivery Ted spent a fair amount of time getting all of the new features set up (bluetooth, dvd players, etc.) with us so our learning curve was cut down considerably. The next time we buy a car we will return to Audi Wynnewood and will only work with Ted and Suzannah. More

I went back to the dealership to have my car "re-delivered" to me. After a divorce, I inherited a car that I had not been driving. Mike and his team were amazingly friendly, incredibly knowled "re-delivered" to me. After a divorce, I inherited a car that I had not been driving.
