I had a really miserable service visit, my first service visit to this dealership. My car was there 10 1/2 hours and not everything was done. Michael Low determined what I was looking for and responded day and night to find the right car and features. It was amazing how fast he was able to make things happen. He was courteous, responsive, always up front and to the point which I liked. As a team Rich processed the paperwork that evening, and Do Nguyen technologist superbe spent over an hour with us to explain how to operate the e-Tron. He was very patient and addressed all the questions with care and accuracy. He was also available today and very thorough when I had reason to call him about how to activate the charging system schedule, and myaudi connect. Do's function is absolutely indispensable to a positive customer experience with these complicated machines. I look forward to continue doing business here. More

First oil change. Easy to set up appointment by phone. Check in was a snap and waited for in the lounge and show room. Service rep came by to deliver the papers and key and car was ready to go in about an hour. Only issue was that cell phone signal (Verizon) was kind of weak 1 or 2 bars at most. Not the dealership's fault but I wish for better signal strength in the area. Did not want to use public WiFi for security reasons. More
