Did what was needed, in time allocated Palo Alto Audi gets high marks for handling my service on time and smoothly. The appt was made 3 weeks ahead. Service disappointing I brought my car in for a 95,000 mile service. That day, I didn't receive any phone calls, texts or emails regarding the status of the service as had I brought my car in for a 95,000 mile service. That day, I didn't receive any phone calls, texts or emails regarding the status of the service as had been promised. Since it was getting late in the day, I called the dealer to inquire on the status of my car. There was no phone response from the service writer or the main service department. The business card I had been given was not for the service writer that I was working with so I did not have an email address. I then called the sales department so that I could be transferred to the service department. I spoke with the service writer on the phone who said he would call me back with information. I didn't hear back from the service writer via phone but since it was the end of the day, I went to the dealer to get the information and speak with the service writer directly. I elected to only complete the service and I was told my car would be brought around. After searching and asking the service writer two times where my car was located, I was told they were looking for my car in their lot. I decided to help look for my car and was able to find it in the lot. However, the keys were not available. Personnel from the dealer could not find the keys to my car that night so I was given a loaner so I could drive home. I was told the dealer would bring my car to me the next morning when the keys were located. I did receive a call the next morning that my keys were found; an employee had accidentally taken them home. However, I was told to come and get my car. I decided it was best to go and obtain my car rather than asking to have it brought to me as promised. I returned to the dealer and my car and the keys were available. More

Sincere Sales Service We ended up at Audi Palo Alto after my old 2010 A4 was totaled in a wreck. We worked with Radek who struck the perfect balance between sharing features of the car while not being overly pushy. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed, which is hard to do on a busy Saturday at the end of the year. While we did experience a loooooong wait to fill out final paperwork (they were slammed that day with triple the sales volume), he checked in with us, apologized, and explained things, which is key in these cases. After we already had the car, I went back to purchase base bars for a bike rack and Radek personally assisted with the purchase and he even helped out with that installation. That’s going above and beyond your job! I’d definitely recommend this dealership and working with Radek. More
