Shocked at how horribly lame it is that I was not notified in advance of this snafu, and was just simply blown away at the incompetence that the service would not positively be aware of this and alert me prior! And now today, an entire two months later not a single word to the parts status, arrival, or in making another appointment in order to correct this??? More

There was no loaner for me despite my prior request, which I needed for a mid-day meeting, the car was done several hours after projected, my call checking in on status was not returned, and the promised car wash never happened. Service staff was friendly and the use of Lyft to get me where I needed to be instead of a loaner was great, but the experience left more to be desired. More
