After having trouble connecting by phone to set up 35k service, I drove over to see if they could squeeze me in because I was already in the area that day. Diana in reception had a totally “can do” attitude when I explained what I needed, and she connected me with John Su in Service, another superstar. He arranged to combine my service with the recently received replacement of a recalled part, and afterwards informed me of everything the job comprised. The dealership gave me links for a Lyft to/from the nearby shopping center where I hung out till John’s call that my car was ready. What a pleasure, from beginning to end. Bravo, Audi! More

Upon checking in, I asked the service advisor to ensure that the car gets a proper wash and the tire pressure is correct in all wheels due to winter season. I was not expecting a $25 quality wash that the invoice suggested, but I wasn’t expecting a complete mess of my car/paint either. When I picked up the vehicle, the car looked like it had just gotten back from an off roaring trip and the washing crew had simply used a wet rag to smear the dirt all over my car. This was VERY disappointing considering that this is an expensive vehicle, and keeping in mind that I’ve taken a VERY good care of the paint of the car, i felt completely insulted. I understand it was a short day, but that does not mean you don’t do your jobs right. More

At the end the car was waiting for us ready for pick up, as promised, with a red ribbon on the top for Christmas which was very nice :)) Great experience with Javier Victor who introduced the amazing Audi tech features and made me feel more comfortable driving the car in the beginning ! The financial part with Gino Mynetto went smooth and professional as well. I definitely recommend the dealership for future Audi owners! More

We had such a good experience with our sales representative, Armi Villarreal who was both pleasant and informative, as well as helpful with the selection process. After the test drive and taking a few days to research different options, with minimal stress we were successful in reaching an agreement concerning price and from that point on was one of my best car purchasing experiences. Poor Communicators This was my first service for a new car and I chose to drive a lot farther because they were friendlier than the other dealership when I purchased the This was my first service for a new car and I chose to drive a lot farther because they were friendlier than the other dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I checked in at 10:49 for an 11:00 appointment and was told it would be an hour and a half or two hours plus an extra thirty minutes if I wanted the car washed. I asked if the time estimate was somewhat accurate because I would wait at the dealership if it would be less than three hours. I was told yes, it would be less than three hours. At 2:30 (I shouldn’t have waitied this long), I decided to go hunting for someone since I had heard nothing. The person who checked me in wasn’t present so I asked if someone could find out the status of my vehicle. A quick call was made and I was told that the service was finished and it was in the wash. At that point, I really needed to leave for an appointment so I asked if they could cancel the wash. He said sure and made a call to ask that the car be brought up immediately. I waited ten more minutes - still no car. Another call was made and my car showed up five minutes later. All together, the two and a half hour service took more than four hours. I wish that someone would have walked the twenty feet into the waiting room to let me know that the service was going to take longer. If the dealership cannot manage this type of simple communication, than I’m not going to trust them with future business. More
