In overall, the whole service process took me about a week, for this period of time I was provided wit All people I dealt with were very professional. In overall, the whole service process took me about a week, for this period of time I was provided with loaner so it wasn't a big problem for me. A quality of work is excellent + John helped me with my small, additional request. Both the drop off and pick up processes were really quick and smooth. But here is one thing which can be definitely improved: Would be great to receive the status updates, especially in prior to the end of initial estimation. Because even via a phone call I got a wrong status update. I was told that there is some part which is coming from the Germany, however, a couple days later it turned out there was only a small issue which were fixed really quick. Of course it even better it was fixed a way quicker, but false status updates don't help at all. More

Bad experience I just took my car in for 65K service, which is classified as a “minor” service (oil & inspection only). When I arrived, I was quoted $700 for this w I just took my car in for 65K service, which is classified as a “minor” service (oil & inspection only). When I arrived, I was quoted $700 for this work. Looking into the quote there was a litany of “premium” add-ons. I got all these removed and we were back to $250. I asked them to inspect brakes and bushings while they had the car up on the rack. When I picked the car up I was just bullied into paying $470 for the “inspections”. Both of these things combined make me feel like this is not “honest” business. More
