Michael Low went above and beyond I was a long time BMW loyalist, and never had an Audi before. On the day I was to pick up a new BMW, I called Audi Palo Alto and spoke to Michael. I t I was a long time BMW loyalist, and never had an Audi before. On the day I was to pick up a new BMW, I called Audi Palo Alto and spoke to Michael. I told him my lease was up and I was on my way to pick up the new BMW but before I did I wanted to just ask a few questions about Audi leases. He said "when can you come by?" I said "20 minutes" and the rest is history. I now have a brand new beautiful Audi thanks to Michael. He even handled my lease return for me, taking my BMW back to the dealership. Busy day, but it took forever just to get my car Went in for punctured tire that needed to be fixed 3 days after car purchase. Scheduled to pick up at like 9:30. Left at 11.
