Luxury service for my luxury car!! Out of all the Audi dealerships in the Bay Area, the Palo Alto one is my favorite! The quality of their customer service is unmatched anywhere else. I have come in several times to service my Audi and the service department always goes out of their way to make sure my high expectations are met. They are extremely communicative and take special car not to dirty up the cars when servicing them (a problem I had at another Audi dealership). Alex in the service department deserves special recognition for his OUTSTANDING customer service. Honestly he's the reason I started coming back to Audi Palo Alto, and the rest of the team is why I keep coming back!! My most recent experience at Audi Palo Alto was during the purchase of my SQ5. Larry and Gino were both so personable, honest and helpful during the process. John Su and Ahres helped me set my service appointments and Do was my technologist who explained all my car's bells and whistles. 5 star service all around!! I'll definitely be coming back to Audi Palo Alto next time I need to service my existing car or buy a new car :) More

Some good, some bad My salesperson was excellent but I was very disappointed with the dealership. The car should not have been marketed for sale in the condition it was i My salesperson was excellent but I was very disappointed with the dealership. The car should not have been marketed for sale in the condition it was in. The glove box latch is missing and as a result the glove box can’t be accessed, so I don’t have an owner’s manual and I will have to return to the dealership when the parts come in to repair it, which is a real hassle. And the car is supposed to be sold with 2 keys, but the dealership only had 1. Not sure when I’ll get the 2nd. More
