Audi of Palo Alto I used to go to the Burlingame dealership and they provided A+ service. I’ve been here twice and so it has failed in comparison. The first time I came in, they didn’t tell me until I arrived that the part I needed hadn’t arrived, so they couldn’t service me. The second time I arrived to a line of frustrated customers because they were all 30 minutes behind their appointment. I was a little irritated that I was late, but I was mad that my shuttle came to pick me up came so late. I asked to be picked up at 4:30, but they didn’t even send the driver out until 4:45, so I was 45 minutes late for my evening plans. I had to call non-stop and try other lines in order to get through. If I didn’t, I don’t think they would have picked me up. I also ordered paint and it has been 3 weeks and there has been no call or email that it came in. More

It’s been a week and I still did not receive a call back. I left a voice message and text message but still no one from Audi has replied. It is inefficient that they did not have the part for the appointment I made weeks in advance and poor communication on following up. More
