Terrible service I’ve serviced my car twice now at Palo Alto, because that’s where I leased from. Their customer service is awful. They will lie to your face. Then they’ll lie to you over text. Then they’ll lie to you over the phone. The tech I was assigned to wasn’t even working that day, and was annoyed that I texted him. Nobody else would return my calls. Two days later, I was able to pick up my car after a simple tire change. I’m driving to Burlingame next time. More
