Really poor experience I purchased my car from this dealer and have had multiple services done, however my past two experiences make me very suspect to their business practi I purchased my car from this dealer and have had multiple services done, however my past two experiences make me very suspect to their business practices. After normal inspections they rated my tires in good condition, however shortly after I noticed my tires slowly deflating. The recommended me to replace two of my tires, however I declined. I then got a second opinion for another repair shop who revealed to me that I had nails in 2 of my tires. I decided to bring it back to Audi Palo Alto to see what they would diagnose the issue with but they did not mention any nails, but rather a irreparable bubble in my tire.l and recommend I buy two tires immediately. I declined again and on my way home I had another flat and noticed they hadn’t screwed on my air cap. I ended up going to another shop and purchased new tires from them instead. Would not go back. More

All sorts of issues I was not satisfied with my service for many reasons. (1) warranty on tire was not mentioned by Audi, I had to bring it up, (2) it wasn't corrected be I was not satisfied with my service for many reasons. (1) warranty on tire was not mentioned by Audi, I had to bring it up, (2) it wasn't corrected because the repair instance was closed, (3) I ahead to remind for pickup and was not notified of a delay in service, (4) had to wait 30 min after close of business to get the car, and was asked to wait for "5 min" and (5) I was told I would get a refund on the warranty prorated but haven't heard back yet from the service team. More
