Forgot to wash my car. Twice. The service is so poor. I went to pick up my car after getting a call that it was ready to go. After getting my car, I realized that they had forgot The service is so poor. I went to pick up my car after getting a call that it was ready to go. After getting my car, I realized that they had forgot to wash/vacuum which they specifically said they would do. I brought it to their attention and they said they would get it done in 15 minutes. An hour later (after inquiring twice about the status) they finally said my car was done. I got the car and noticed that it was still wet on the outside and they didn’t bother to fully dry it. Further, they once again forgot to vacuum the inside. Throughout the process I didn’t get any sense that they cared that they messed up twice. They didn’t apologize or follow up. Horrible service and not what I would expect from a luxury dealership. More

Good service, but poor communication Service guy had wrong number even after confirming with him. Not really his fault, but had to call 5 times tyke her through 2 hours later after told Service guy had wrong number even after confirming with him. Not really his fault, but had to call 5 times tyke her through 2 hours later after told it would be ready. Lyft was canceled once and no communication again for 25 Minutes. Service guy was nice, but overall experience not excellent as before. Also, car wash was poor quality. Still dirty. More
