Audi Palo Alto Maintenance and Recall Services Review I brought my 2014 Audi A8L to Audi Palo Alto for service and for a safety recall fix. Henry was my service advisor; he was great. They had the loane I brought my 2014 Audi A8L to Audi Palo Alto for service and for a safety recall fix. Henry was my service advisor; he was great. They had the loaner car ready to go, I was in and out in 20 minutes with a 7:30 am appointment. Henry did a good job of keeping my advised on status. The only downside was that it took until Thursday to complete the work. They had to obtain the part for the safety recall, which was sub-optimal since they knew in advance this was going to be done. But I kept a brand new Q7 as my loaner, so it all worked out. Henry was excellent. More

Great service and attention to detail Roger was awesome. I had mentioned to him that my 8 year old daughter was hoping for an early summer camp pickup. Great service and people! I bought one car on a Wednesday and the other next Thursday because of there superior customer service. I must say I was over at Audi of Livermore and I bought one car on a Wednesday and the other next Thursday because of there superior customer service. I must say I was over at Audi of Livermore and they treated me like I didn't exist. As a minority I knew it was not that they didn't see me because they walk around me to help every one else who was white and arrived after me. This ultimately led me to being a faithful customer of Audi of Palo Alto since ky skin color didn't matter! More
