Worst service I have had with any dealership I've had. I have been driving for 60 plus years and this was by far the worst customer service experiences of my life! I brought my new Audi A7 in for a windsh I have been driving for 60 plus years and this was by far the worst customer service experiences of my life! I brought my new Audi A7 in for a windshield replacement on July 1st, and did not get my car back until July 11th. When I dropped off the car early Am, My service agent Brenden said it might require an additional day, and he would call me that day to confirm. The call never happened until 11 days later. I called numerous times and left messages, requesting update but nothing happened. I eventually called the sales agent (Drew A. ) who was very apologetic, and said he would look into it. He also went out of his way to deliver my car that day. Perhaps my next service experience will be better, but I will also consider alternative Audi dealerships. Ken More

I’m not sure how these got ‘disconnected’ but John worked to get them ready. Apparently, there is no machine / computer that can reset these, a tech had to take the car through a drive cycle. More
