Love Audi of Palo Alto I looked at a lot of cars and decided on the new Audi Q3. Unfortunately, the car is hard to get in any color other than white on black until towards the end of the year. With the end of my lease on my Mercedes coming soon, I don't have the time to wait. My salesperson, Drew, was patient and willing to help find what I wanted nationwide, to no avail. When a new one came in that matched most of my check list, he put a sold sign on it and gave me a call. I immediately went in and took it for a drive. I didn't like the orange accents, so passed on the car. While coming back from THAT test drive I asked him what the difference was between the Q3 and Q5. He responded with 6" longer, and 2" wider. What?? I decided to take one out and I was sold. But again, I didn't want the white, grey, or black that 75% of the cars on the road happen to be. So he took me to one of their off-site lots and we walked through. I wanted red on grey or blue on grey. The sun hit my car just right and I told him if he could make me a good deal, I would take it. Shortly thereafter I drove away with my new 2019 Metallic Navarra Blue with Rock Gray leather seat Q5. More

Next time, I'd like to know in advance that the recall part (which never came in so I have to bring my car back again) we were waiting for had not arrived. I would have waited until it had if I'd known that as none of my car problems were acute. I also left some things in the car that I needed during the time it was with you, so had I known that I'd have to leave it at the dealership for so long, I would have cleaned out my stuff. I appreciated that I was not charged for the replacement sun roof, etc., and I was very grateful for the courtesy car but I hope staff can give clients a heads up when there's a possibility that our car will take this long to be serviced. Luan is very knowledgeable about the Audi lineup and was accommodating/transparent throughout the entire sales process. He was never pushy, but always made suggestions that added value in my purchasing decision. Completing the purchase with Leah was quick and seamless. Upon taking delivery, Do assisted me in setting up and walking through the many technology features of the vehicle as well as the mechanical bits in the cabin. I highly recommend visiting Audi Palo Alto if you live in the Bay Area. More
