Unable to locate the issue in a brand new car Their service wasn’t able to locate the issue my brand new car had. Drove away after 2 days and they weren’t able to find the issue. I ended up taking it to the service department in Stevens Creeks and they found the issue right away. I was disappointed that these guys weren’t able to locate the issue. They are definitely nice people but don’t trust they have the right systems or the right technicians to take care of big technical issues like the one I had. More

Took my car in on Tuesday and only got a diagnosis on Thursday, service person was as helpful as he could be. I could see the pile up in cars had nothing to do with him and he did his best to get me a loaner later in the day that I dropped my car off. But I would have expected a loaner right off the bat and much faster service. More

The car with the exterior and interior color that I really liked was not readily available at the dealership lot, but was stuck at port. Mila kept me updated on the progress of shipping the car from port to dealership and ensured it was a smooth and seamless purchase experience. Javier, the tech expert was also really helpful in setting up phone connectivity and explaining the best tech features of the car. Would highly recommend Mila at Audi Palo Alto if you are looking at an Audi. More
