Used 2014 Audi A4 with bent frame horn!! DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! My wife and I purchased a used 2014 Audi A4 Quattro in April 2017 and the saleswoman neglect DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! My wife and I purchased a used 2014 Audi A4 Quattro in April 2017 and the saleswoman neglected to inform us the vehicle had been in a front end collision and had a bent frame horn. After paying for a Carfax and seeing that the car was wrecked while it was a lease AND seeing that Audi OKC had actually did the repairs I called the dealership about a month after the purchase to ask why they did not disclose the front end damage before I purchased and pretty much was just given the runaround. I didn’t know much about my rights at the time and only asked that they let me bring he vehicle back and choose another that had not been in a front end collision but they refused and I am still left with this car. Forward to 2018 we had to fix the A/C which cost is $1200 and then to 2019 and now they expect us to pay $6000 for repairs to a fan motor and steering rack!! I asked the gentleman assisting us in the service department if the needed repairs were caused by the undisclosed frontend collision and he actually said it could be!! Wow, they didn’t deny it. I submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau of Oklahoma and Audi still hasn’t responded to the claim as of yet. So be warned, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

Professional, Personable, And Unapproachable Integrity I recently purchased a hard-to-find, pre-owned vehicle from Audi Oklahoma City that, as my luck would have it, they recently received via a trade-in. I recently purchased a hard-to-find, pre-owned vehicle from Audi Oklahoma City that, as my luck would have it, they recently received via a trade-in. Because of work, I live between Florida and New York, and came upon this special car through an online search. Once I found the car online, I completed the ubiquitous "request more information" form. Even though it was Friday night, I quickly received a personal email from Tiffany, Sales Coordinator, that they were closed but to please feel free to reach out at my convenience the next day. No hassles, no pressure; no super early Saturday morning calls! I called Tiffany later that afternoon and had a long conversation about the car. Then and there, as well as in the days to come, she hit it out of the ballpark in helping me and answering my many questions. She connected me with Darrell, Audi Brand Specialist, who became my primary sales contact. Both Darrell and Tiffany were incredibly professional, possessed expert knowledge about their vehicles, and especially important for me, were just great people who I enjoyed speaking with. I put down a deposit and flew out for OKC the following Saturday to personally examine and test-drive the car, and to my surprise it was even better than described! Darrell spent a great deal of time with me, even though it was obvious that Saturday is their craziest day. I felt like a VIP the entire time I was with Darrell. Once I'd seen, examined and driven the car, I was all-in and the final negotiation was straightforward, such a welcome change from twists and turns with the east coast dealerships I was used to. I financed a portion of the car and also wanted an extended warranty, and from my experience knew this was usually the most uncomfortable part with this type of transaction. But Tim and his manager Kendrick were perfect, no hard sells, they answered my questions and gave thorough explanations of what my options were. I had done my homework, and ended up with what I wanted at an extremely fair price from these two very fine gentlemen. Once the paperwork was signed and next steps were explained to me, I took one last look at my baby and headed off to the airport. The car arrived last week via a third-party transportation carrier (a special well deserved shout-out to Plycar for delivering it quickly and in perfect condition), and I couldn't be happier. And it's all thanks to Tiffany, Darrell, Tim, Kendrick and the incredible folks at Audi of Oklahoma City! More
Worst Audi Dealer In OKC I have had the worst experience with Bob Moore Audi! I came to the dealership originally to buy an S7, the rods in the vehicle were bad, they tried to encourage me to buy the A6 instead. After careful consideration i decided to buy the A6. The Salesman did not mention anything about having insurance in your own name so i got it under my older brothers name because he handles all our vehicles insurances, we own 5 vehicles all cadillacs and Audi's. Not even 4 days after purchasing my new Audi the center brake light went out and also heads up display went out. then when we took it back to the dealership they tried to blame the heads up display nonfuctioning a tinting problem. So after talking back and forth and wasting plenty of time. they finally agreed to fix all the problems and i requested a loaner car. they asked for insurance verification which i showed them, they started to investigate it like police officers lmao. they tried their best not to give us a loaner car then after wasting more time they finally gave me a loaner car, so i take it to work, about 30 mins later a customer told me "you know your tags are expired", so then i had close my business, hence lose money and then go back to the dealership risking getting pulled over and ticketed aswell as going on my driving record. The manager was very rude, no apology or remorse, mustve been a mistake...DONT wasted your time at this dealership! it will be your biggiest mistake!! More

What's even more inconvenient is that you're always on the dealership's timeline. Scheduling maintenance almost always involves leaving a message with the hope that your call will be returned at a time when you can talk and have access to your calendar. It really shouldn't be a difficult process for something as simple as scheduling an oil change and it should never require a call back to do so. More

They kept referring the car as a Range Rover and not a Land Rover. I don't think they even knew the difference. With a credit score of well over 800, the finance manager acted excited to bet me a rate near 5%. When I questioned it, he told me well do it yourself. Guess what....I DID. just refinanced it for under 2%. What a moron. I would recommend you find another dealer for your car purchasing experience. More
