It is the service after the sale that truly matters We searched Volvo, BMW, and Mercedes and were immediately sold by the appearance, performance, and electronic package combined into the AUDI Q7 Presti We searched Volvo, BMW, and Mercedes and were immediately sold by the appearance, performance, and electronic package combined into the AUDI Q7 Prestige; what an incredible vehicle. Hamm Somrasmy was our sales representative and Anthony Jew the Sales Manager. Both addressed our every single concern and worked incredible hours to make sure we were completely satisfied. Here's what counts. We had the new Audi for one hour and thirty minutes and must have hit something on the road. The right rear tire had a flat. Audi Q7 does not come with a spare tire and instead uses a provided air compressor and tire sealant. Using the compressor and sealant were an intuitive operation and actually got us home (we drove from the dealership in Oklahoma City to our home in Lawton). Upon arrival home the tire was again flat. We called Kamm and Anthony and within a half hour a tow truck showed up picked up our vehicle and took it back to the dealership. Hamm and Anthony repaired the flat tire with a NEW tire, put a NEW canister of tire sealant in the vehicle and personally drove the vehicle back to our home in Lawton. There was NO charge. The service coordinator Ashley was as helpful and professional, keeping us updated as progress was achieved. We've had the new Audi for about a total of 2 hours now and can't wait to see how our experience with Audi matures. Thank you Kamm, Ashley, and Anthony More

The sales process was good (Kamm was very good to deal with), but the good experience was ruined by a mistake in the finance office and then by a lack of a resolution after by the dealership. The experience with the salesman was nice, I got a price I was happy with and he was easy to work with. The issue is that I had never asked what the miles on the new car were. Before signing in the finance office, I was told 14 miles. It was late so we went straight to dinner and after I noticed the miles were actually much more, turns out the new car had just under 500 miles. The finance person had been incorrect and 14 miles was on all the paper work. I expressed my displeasure and simply stopped hearing back from the sales manager Anthony, as in he simply stopped answering me. Eventually I heard back from a a different sales manager, but an offer to detail the car didn't seem to be nearly enough to make up for this and that was their best offer. I do like the car, but will take my business to Tulsa next time. More

Now after a complete replacement of the sunroof and nothing else resolved, the rattle is worse than ever. To make it worse and the main reason for review Is they simply stopped returning out calls. We called corporate and they have not returned our call in 3 weeks. More

When it came in, Dustin and Adam came to my house, removed the puncture tire, took it and the wheel back to the dealership, mounted the new tire, then Dustin came back and mounted it for me. It saved me from having to have the car towed or getting someone else to take the tire off and take it in for me. I greatly appreciate their customer oriented attitude and how thorough and helpful they are. Highly recommend! More
This TEAM went the extra mile! I was looking for a Mazda 3 and my husband found one at this dealership. My husband called ahead and upon arrival the vehicle was ready to test drive. I was looking for a Mazda 3 and my husband found one at this dealership. My husband called ahead and upon arrival the vehicle was ready to test drive. I loved the car but the numbers weren't working out for us to purchase. Kamm, our sales rep, was very polite and willing to work with us. He went to bat for us and spoke with his sales manger several times. Corey, the sales manager, sat down with us and explained things pretty well. What a nice guy! We could tell he was genuine and really wanted to help us (as was Kamm). Although we weren't buying a Porsche or an Audi we were treated with respect and received exceptional customer service! It didn't matter to them that we couldn't afford to buy a 100,000 car. We also worked with Chris in finance. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we understood the details of our agreement and to make sure we were comfortable with our monthly payment. All three guys were easy to talk to and very approachable. No high pressure sales or bullying us into something we didn't want to do. Would highly recommend this dealership whether your buying a $100,000 car or a $12,000. EVERY CUSTOMER is important to them! Bob Moore Audi will be the dealership we will buy from in the future. More

We stopped at this service department and they were able to work us in and have us back on the road in three hours. An added benefit was the pleasant driver who dropped us off at a restaurant in order to have lunch while we waited. Plus no auto charges. Fabulous lunch at Charlestons. More
I WOULD NOT recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Bob Moore/Audi Porsche in Oklahoma City. I visited Bob Moore/Audi/Porsche on 5/29/15, coming from Tulsa, Oklahoma which is a total of 200 miles round trip. I had been speaking with a man named Don Beam who is one of the salesmen from Bob Moore. I’d taken the time to complete an application online, to expedite the approval process. I was approved for $70,000.00. When I arrived at Bob Moore dealership, on a Friday evening after work the car I came to purchase had not been cleaned or anything. Upon my arrival, it was very apparent the lack of customer service this particular dealership had for its customers because I was not offered anything to drink (heaven forbid I discuss any sort of reimbursement for toll). At this point I was still very excited to see the Range Rover SUV and wanted to do a walk thru with my salesman, Don. As Don and I approach the vehicle, begin to ask him basic questions about the car, that he SHOULD KNOW considering he knew I was coming for the particular vehicle. When I tell you he couldn’t answer ANY of my questions, I knew then that I had to be dealing with the worst salesman at Bob Moore! I started with the trunk of the vehicle, there was some kind of white stuff all on the black mats in the trunk of the SUV, I'm thinking Bob Moore does not have a detail team to clean this white stuff off the mat? Then as I approach the back seat, there was missing cigarette lighter where clearly one should be and I begin to inspect the front seat of the car on the driver side, the mat was so worn out it was ridiculous and I noticed the dash board with black dirt on it (visualize black dirt on this off white dash board). At this time, I asked Don (my salesman) about the dashboard dirt, he replied “Oh, it can just come off.” I thought to myself if it could just come off, why didn't you have it cleaned off before I got here? By this time I had come to the conclusion that Don really DID NOT want to make this sell and he should probably find a new field to work in being this profession probably was not the best fit for him. I am very surprised that the owner from Bob Moore ALLOWED uninspected vehicles to be sold without ANY standards. Also, the cup holder in the middle console was so keyed up, and the leather on the door handle on the driver side was so dirty that it just needed a really good detail and the salesman SHOULD HAVE requested one be done, before I arrived from Tulsa, OK to the Bob Moore Audi/Porsche dealership (in Oklahoma City). So that my trip wasn’t completely wasted and I am sure I make the correct decision on this vehicle, I decide to take it for a test drive and when I say my husband was NOT IMPRESSED, so much so he recommended a Hyundai inside the Range Rover. As I'm driving it, I begin to question Don about the car, and he replies with he really don't know much about the range rovers, and he could not tell me much. Seriously!!! Now I don't want it anymore. As I pulled back up at the Bob Moore dealership, Don (the salesman) gets out of the SUV and just stands there and says you’re already approved, you just need to sign the paper work. My reply was “Really?”, as I was stepping out of the vehicle. I stated to Don, there were several things we needed to see fixed ex: the Range Rover Chrome plate on the floor needed to be replaced at this time he replied “there is no room in the budget”. Fueled with frustration, my husband replied “Let’s go”! Don then replied “I held this car for you” which was UNTRUE since the vehicle continued to be listed on the Auto trader website. I can't stand car-sales that blatantly lie and then get caught in their lie. I am going to close with this, this particular car buying experience was NOT my first with Bob Moore, considering a previous Audi purchase that was made with them, which by the way WAS HELL, but I believe am a firm believer in second chances and I thought since I had referred two people to them and I would be coming back as a previous customer maybe this experience would be different, BETTER. Unfortunately, this time it was WORST and they WILL NOT EVER have to worry about me driving 200 miles to buy ANY VEHICLE from that dealership again. Hopefully, the owner of Bob Moore will read this post and make the necessary adjustments to rectify this problem so that it doesn’t reoccur with any other potential buyers. I would like to give KUDOS to the ONLY person I encountered that did a great job and that was the gentleman that helped me in the finance department named Dale Durham. He came out and greeted my husband and I and offered us congratulations, for should have been our vehicle purchase. Don, on the other hand, definitely needs more training along with the manager of this location. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY, I would have let a $70,000 pre-approved customer walk out of my dealership without a vehicle from Bob Moore Audi/Porshe and MOST DEFINITELY NOT UPSET. More

After agreeing on a price and receiving financial approval, my wife and I made arrangements to travel from out of state 5 hours. Before we left, I received a call that someone else was interested in the vehicle and that they were going to put a contract on it. I informed the sales manager to let me know if the contract fell through. Forty five minutes later a call came saying the financing fell through for that buyer but, if I agreed to pay the full listing price they could hold the car for me. We agreed & got in the car to make the 5 hour drive. Two hours prior to arriving in OKC, we got a call from the store manager informing me that they had sold the vehicle to the customer who couldn’t get financing earlier. It is unfortunate that the store manager would knowingly sell a car that was being held for someone purchasing it out of state. I know that “Money talks”, but I still believe that you should be held to your word! More
