Deceit I bought a car from out of state from Bob Moore Audi and had them ship it after confirming with the salesman that the all service was up to date and n I bought a car from out of state from Bob Moore Audi and had them ship it after confirming with the salesman that the all service was up to date and no issues with the car. 2 months later smoke is coming out of the hood and my local Audi dealer said no service had been completed and I needed $4000 of work. Bob Moore's response, "sorry, sold as is" and they claimed the salesman was mistaken about the service even though I have it writing. The gentleman that shipped my car also called me two months after delivery and said Bob Moore wouldn't return his calls or emails and he hadn't been paid the shipping costs. These people are not honest and have shady business practices More

There was no back and forth haggling, I was offered a fair trade and the buying price was what it needed to be. Alex was even able to get my windows tinted while I waited and quickly resolved one other issue. I will buy from these guys again! More
