Dishonest Salesmen My father, Hussein, purchased a car from Darrell, and was the worst experience of my life. Purchased the car a couple weeks ago and had it delivered My father, Hussein, purchased a car from Darrell, and was the worst experience of my life. Purchased the car a couple weeks ago and had it delivered today. Was told it would be filled with gas, cleaned, come with a 30 day plate. None of those promises were met and when asked if there were any damages he said no. Come to find there were countless scuffs on the car in addition to a broken trim on the back left window. We noted it upon delivery but Darrell refused to make it right. He also claimed that the car got dirty from shipment, but the shipping company noted that the car was dirty in their pickup notes. Following this, we are filing an official complaint with USAGov against Audi Oklahoma City Dealership. More

Post-Purchase Mess I was interested in purchasing a used Audi from Bob Moore. I filled out a form online and was quickly contacted. They answered any and all questions I was interested in purchasing a used Audi from Bob Moore. I filled out a form online and was quickly contacted. They answered any and all questions about the car and financing promptly. I live out of town a few hundred miles in Texas so I asked many questions before traveling. While purchasing the vehicle, I was pressured into buying a bogus warranty from EFG companies. I was told it was an EASY cancel and I would have the first 30 days free. Afterwards, I realized the warranty was a mistake after reading other terrible reviews of the warranty company online. I quickly contacted Bob Moore to cancel the warranty who was oddly now very sluggish on answering my calls and e-mails. Eventually, I was told by Jozef in the finance department that they submitted a cancellation request to EFG. This was two weeks ago. I just called EFG to confirm the plan was cancelled and they told me that they had not received anything from Bob Moore. So I was flat out lied to by Bob Moore's finance department about them cancelling the warranty. Now, I have to fill out ANOTHER cancellation form to send to EFG directly by fax. On top of that, I still do not have the required documents from Bob Moore to get my car registered in Texas. Each time I reach out to the finance department to get an update, they always claim to be busy. My temporary tags expire on December 23rd and Bob Moore has made no effort. After they sell you the vehicle they couldn't care less about you anymore. Do not purchase a car here unless you're okay with being lied to. More
