I’d just moved from Germany for days ago and really needed a vehicle ASAP. Wife and I did much of the legwork online and just wanted a test drive but, due to the pandemic, your dealership was by appoi needed a vehicle ASAP. Rather than drive all the way back to Moore, we decided to give it a try and see if we could get in the next day. Doug was the first dealer we saw and I could tell he was very busy. He told us 1200 works for him. That gave us a chance to grab lunch and come back. Once we did get in, Doug was sensitive to our concerns about Covid-19, masking up and sanitizing every surface in his work space. Doug was personable, charismatic, and casual, in spite of his obviously busy schedule. The test drive had gone well, meeting or exceeding every expectation we had. The deal went quickly and it wasn’t long before we were passed off to John, the finance guy. John was nice and sensitive to our concerns, but rapid fired prices and warranties, which my wife wasn’t sure about. John was nice enough to allow $5,000 of the purchase to be made on the credit card. The call with the insurance company took a little longer than expected, allowing Dog the chance to help other customers, but it was always apparent that we were his top priority. At the end of the purchase, he even took a commemorative photo of us in front of the vehicle, a very nice touch. A big thanks goes up for making this an easy and exciting process! From this point on, I’m definitely a repeat customer! More

Rude, not truthful We were in the market for a used Audi A5. This dealership had what we were looking for, so we were willing to drive 4.5 hours to buy (cash). We told him that we were very concerned about the condition of the vehicle, as we were driving 4.5 hours to see it. So we asked for close up photos of any imperfections, so we knew what we were getting into before we made the long trip. They obliged with some cell phone photos, which showed a few scratches. I did see on the listing photo that one of the rims was bent (which Ryan said he did not know about), but he did send me a close up of the bent rim. From what we could see the car looked okay, and we made the assumption that since it was at an Audi Dealer, that it would have been gone through carefully for any mechanical or structural issues. When we arrived, at first glance the car looked okay. But right before we went to talk pricing, my husband noticed a shadow coming from the edge of the hood. Turns out the hood was completely out of alignment, as well as the right headlight. It is obvious that damage had occurred to the right side of the car, probably when the rim was bent. We could not know what other damage might be unseen. We brought this concern to the sales manager, and he lowered the price by only a small amount (definitely not enough to compensate for the damage) and then reminded us over and over that they were closing and that the finance staff “leaves right at 8:00”. The sales manager came off as rude, and not at all customer oriented, considering the luxury market that this dealership is trying to compete in. Combine this with an insulting low-ball offer on my trade-in and a very shoddy detail job (wrappers left between the seats, smeary glass, dirt in the cupholders) we were very disappointed with this dealership. If they missed disclosing this damage to the vehicle, what else did their service department miss or intentionally not disclose? Obviously their detail department is also lacking. Our dealerships in Kansas City are much more detail-oriented and have amazing customer service. This dealership is a disgrace to the Audi name. I would never buy from them. More
