No 2nd remote key ($430 plus “prove” I own the car). No owner’s manual; offered me a PDF!: gave us a manual for previous year model. I hope the service department appreciates our business. More
Great service representative, questionable service practices I brought my 2015 Audi a3 in late last year for an oil change, and noted that the a/c was not cooling properly. I was charged for an a/c coolant flus I brought my 2015 Audi a3 in late last year for an oil change, and noted that the a/c was not cooling properly. I was charged for an a/c coolant flush and replacement. On the drive home, the system was functioning as before. I called and left multiple messages with no response. Then winter came, and the issue was forgotten about until this summer. I took the car to the dealership for this issue, again. The service advisor was quite helpful. I was mildly irritated that I was charged $320 just to identify the problem, and was told to bring the car back next week. Option 1 was to replace the expansion valve, and if that didn't work the compressor would need to be replaced. I brought the car back again the following week, and the expansion valve was replaced. As this didn't work they had narrowed it down to the compressor, which hadn't yet arrived, so I would have to bring the car back AGAIN the following week. It would have been nice to have been told that before I have to drive a four-hour round trip for nothing. On the return trip, the compressor was installed and worked great. However, again, the entire experience was 1) super expensive, and 2) convoluted as could be. I asked if the original $320 could be applied to the total bill, and was told no. So, my total for this issue was the first $150 for the coolant change (for nothing), $320 to identify the problem, and another $1.350 to actually fix it, for a grand total pushing $1,800. The $320 irks me the most, as why should I have to pay for someone's inability to identify a problem? This is one of the reason's I'll never own another Audi. And certainly not take one to a place that charges $160/hr to figure out a problem in the slowest possible manner. I even told them I thought it was the compressor when I first brought it in. More

Awesome Help for Traveler in Need This is a service review, not a purchase review! My Audi Q5 had a major fuel pump problem in the middle of Oklahoma while I was driving from NC to AZ. This is a service review, not a purchase review! My Audi Q5 had a major fuel pump problem in the middle of Oklahoma while I was driving from NC to AZ. They were able to take me in immediately, so I had AAA tow my car 140 miles to this dealership.. (I often wait weeks to get my car in for service at my local NC dealership.) Upon arrival, they not only immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered parts, but also drove me to a local hotel for the night and the next day to the airport for a rental car. I want to especially thank Alexa Bostick, my service advisor, for her taking efficient personal management of the situation, including keeping me up-to-date and arranging for my car to be transported to AZ. I highly recommend this dealership. More
