Right from the get go he listened to everything I wanted and wasn't pushy at all. Showed me all the Q5's they had in inventory (ended up with an SQ5 because there's no rule that says a family car can't have a little power haha). The negotiation went very smoothly and there was no back and forth nonsense. I told him where I needed to be and he made it happen! I'll definetly be recommending him and Audi of Nashua to anyone who is in the market for an Audi. Also had a fantastic experience with Eric during the paperwork process. Everything top to bottom was superb and not once did I feel like the genuinely weren't trying to take care of me. More

Best Buying Experience I recently leased a new Audi A5 sportback. It was the most professional experience I've had in 25 years of acquiring vehicles. There was no pressure, I recently leased a new Audi A5 sportback. It was the most professional experience I've had in 25 years of acquiring vehicles. There was no pressure, polite follow-up, and no games. Travis made the experience enjoyable, working "with" me rather than "at" me. On the evening of delivery I happened to be in a rental car that needed to be returned. After signing the papers, I informed them I'd be back in about 30 minutes after dropping off my rental. They asked how I was planning on getting back to the dealership, and I informed them I'd get a taxi or Uber or something. Eric arranged for a dealership employee to follow me out to the rental place, and drive me back to the dealer. I didn't have to ask, they stepped up. Customers are clearly treated with utmost respect at Audi of Nashua. They will be my first stop when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More

I was fortunate enough that James was the one to help me as he was very informative on the pros and cons of the models and all the features. I appreciated his honesty with the features and his knowledge of the vehicles over all. Thanks to his help I decide on the Q7 which I absolutely love. James has been incredibly patient with all my inquiries as well as helping me to get the tow package and kayak racks installed. I really feel that he is helping me to get what is a good fit for ME and not just trying to sell me the biggest package which has been really helpful to reduce the stress of such a big purchase. He also helped me to get my registration taken care of in a timely manner as I was planning to go out of town with my new vehicle almost immediately after accepting delivery. And bonus- they let me bring my dog with me :). I highly recommend both Audi Nashua and James G as your go-to guy! More
