The experience was so good I can't see taking future business to another dealership. That's not difficult, usually, because buying a car is generally a pretty terrible experience. Why do we as consumers put up with it? The vehicle is always more expensive than you think it's going to be and there's always a team of pushy guys on the other side of the desk trying to make it even more so. All that came to an end when I purchased my Audi this week. I'd always wanted either a black A4 or A3, and when I was finally in a position to make it happen I paid Audi of Nashua a visit. I knew immediately that this was going to be a different experience. Like the rest of the staff, James was laid back but helpful and confident. The showroom was like a library. (A library stocked with fine Germsn autos.) There was no need for high pressure tactics, because the product is so good. Within a half hour or so, James had found me the car that was right for me and my budget. I still needed a day or so to think it over and to put some ducks in a row. When you try this move at most dealerships, you get the feeling that if you walk, they'll alert the National Guard and have you dragged back to the lot in a cargo net. At Audi of Nashua? No problem. Like I said, they had the car I wanted, so there was none of the desperation that you experience on other lots when you're, you know, trying to take your time to think over a major purchase. I walked away with no fuss and no stress. I was able to make a decision that was best for me. The best part is, that decision involved a shiny black 2015 A4. Have you driven one of these things? You really should. Worth every penny. But even there, the price for my Audi was fair. There were no hidden costs. Everything was transparent. And with the guarantees you get when you buy from a certified dealer, the only "ride" you're going to be taken on is the test drive. So if you're looking to upgrade and you live in Southern NH or over the Mass border, drop in and see James at Audi of Nashua. More
