Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of November because the engine was shaking violently and the check engine light came on. Car sat in the shop for 3 weeks before they were correctly able November because the engine was shaking violently and the check engine light came on. Car sat in the shop for 3 weeks before they were correctly able to diag the issue. I was told I would need a new cylinder head assembly. Major engine issues when the car only had about 63k miles on it. Pretty sad Audi cannot make engines that last over 65k miles before major issues start to happen. Audi did not offer any financial assistance, citing lack of extended warranty (which is always useless because dealerships just weasel out of them) and lack of service records (which I have, just not from this dealership). We had bought the Audi from Audi of Nashua with 42k miles on it back in 2020 and had only put on 20k miles. Finally got the car back this past weekend. I will never deal with this dealership again. Audi does not stand behind their product and the car I bought from THEM was pretty much a lemon. Stay away from this place.. More
He is unprofessional, rude and very unskilled on how to deal with an upset customer. Audi damaged my wheels and he admitted it was caused by them. Service department is not well run a all. Multiple missed communications with terrible attitudes. And quite frankly it feels like a dictatorship, as it’s their way....again today their service team w missed communications with terrible attitudes. We love our car and the lease is up and will need to find a new dealer to work with to either buy it out or look for new...I would think twice about buying/leasing here. More

When I first inquired at this dealership to lease my wife's Q5. I was quoted $875/mo with my $6000 down payment. When I debated that this rate was far too much, the salesman did the "let me go talk to wife's Q5. I was quoted $875/mo with my $6000 down payment. When I debated that this rate was far too much, the salesman did the "let me go talk to my manager" trick and came back with $530/mo for the same car and with the same down payment, So if I hadn't asked for a better deal, would you have let me pay $13455 more than I needed to over 39 months?. I took the deal, even though that seemed shady. She wanted that car, so I did it. But that was my first bad experience, and I never wrote a review about it. Recently I got a letter stating they had an "attractive offer", for me, to buy her lease back 11 mo early. So I visited the dealership and after trying to find out what this offer was, with a salesman and later a manager, I was treated like I was being a PIA to them. By the end of my hour long visit, they offered me less than KBB quoted for "fair" condition for a trade-in, and the car was spotless and perfect. Carmax gave me an instant offer that was $4000 more, sight unseen. I went to a Mercedes dealership and got good value for my trade, and drove off in a Mercedes. I do love Audi vehicles, but this dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was treated like I was an inconvenience, when the letter I received invited me to visit. I had brought her car in for service there, and the service dept was always pleasant and easy to deal with. No problems there. More

This dealership is absolutely amazing. The service manager Danielle is so professional and always willing to assist. The whole service center makes you feel as if you are their only customer.
