I want out call out Mark Desjardins as the best service manager I have ever dealt with, and being 63, that is a lot of dealerships and service managers. Mark stands out far above them all. He is people oriented, very respectful and always on top your vehicles issues and gets them resolved. I highly recommend contacting Mark when you need service. More

This is my 4th Audi through purchases and leases from this dealership. Their Service department is goes above and beyond to resolve issues, though those are far few with Audi's. My recent transaction was a new lease of a 2017 A6. Our past sales person moved on and he recommended we work with Tyler Jones. Our experience with Tyler has been fantastic! He worked very hard to get us the right dealer and the right A6. While I know I was not his only customer, every time I contacted him via email or in person, he know exactly what our pervious conversations and agreements were. Tyler is very detailed oriented and followed through with everything. I also found Tyler's knowledge of the Audi options and features was right on. Most Efficient Dealership Ever I had been saving for a new car and was very interested in the new A4. However, Tyler made the process quick and enjoyable. No sales pitches, no hour long negotiating process. Hands down the most knowledgeable employee I have ever bought a car from. He listened to what I wanted and the price I wanted to be at, Then went above and beyond to locate the exact car to a T that I wanted. Tyler was more interested in guiding me to the best situation in purchasing the car rather than jacking up the price and telling me to add on certain features and packages. His listening skills and want to help rather than "want to sell" made this the easiest and most efficient purchase of my life. From start to finish I enjoyed the whole process and wasn't stuck at the dealership for over an hour at any point. Based on the inventory and reviews, I tried Audi of Nashua and was presently surprised. Kate Gagnon (Audi specialist) was great. She was not pushy and seemed to have a genuine interest in helping me find the right car. The sales people were a bit more focused and seemed to be more like the "typical" car salesmen. Luckily Kate provided that buffer to let you make informed decisions before dealing with the sales department. Overall great experience and would recommend. More

James was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, friendly and patient as I figured out exactly what I wanted. We came to a fair price quickly, and I'm now driving a car I love. In the few weeks since I bought, he's checked in with me a few times to see if there's anything else I need as I learn all of the features of my new car. Additionally, the paperwork was a breeze.
