Kate also had a great way of explaining in simple easy to understand language every single detail of the Q5 features. She smiles and is an excellent sales woman. Ryan dealt in a most sincere, straightforward manner which was a great compliment to Kate's detailed information. One additional comment I would add is that I wish both Kate and Ryan had kept me better informed of the status of my car purchase (they had to get it from another location) It was quite an unknown for over a week and I began to wonder if it would actually happen and was bit of a let-down for a car I was very excited to own and drive. Regardless, both were Very polite when we did reconnect! More

This is my second time purchasing a car from Nashua and both experiences were 5 star. In my opinion, Audi Nashua and Ben distinguish themselves with the highest level of service. I contacted the dealer through the website on thursday and quickly arranged for a test drive of the Q7 on Saturday morning. My wife, daughter, and I arrived and were immediate greeted warmly by Ben and within minutes I was behind the wheel driving the Q7. Ben was patient and kind enough to complete two test drives (my wife and i) on a busy Saturday as my daughter was sleeping during the visit. The Q7 was amazing, the price was right, and the entire sales experience was honest and low pressure. Ben and team worked through the paper quickly and we were on our way to owning our new Q7. Furthermore, Ben arranged everything for registration, insurance, and drop-off at our home in Somerville MA.
