Worst car buying experience ever! BUYER BEWARE! A few weeks ago, I called Audi Nashua & spoke w/Jessica asking for details about a 2017 Audi Q7 Premium (Vin: WA1AAAF75HD007455). I ask BUYER BEWARE! A few weeks ago, I called Audi Nashua & spoke w/Jessica asking for details about a 2017 Audi Q7 Premium (Vin: WA1AAAF75HD007455). I asked if she could send me some photos & tell me about the condition of the vehicle. She said she would send me photos through e-mail but I never heard anything. The following day, I decided to go into Audi Nashua. I introduced myself to Jessica & she apologized for not getting back to me. Tyler Jones helped me test drive the vehicle. After learning that this vehicle didn't have many options. Tyler told me about a 2017 Q7 Prestige (Vin:WA1VABF71HD017925) that Audi just purchased in Auction. He printed out & gave me a copy of the factory sticker & we went over the options. He told me he wasn't sure when the vehicle would be available but he would be in touch with me so I could come back and see it. On April 9th, I called and spoke with Kathy. I explained that I have yet to receive a phone call or an e-mail regarding the Q7 Prestige & noticed the price dropped online. I explained that I was hoping to see some photos as well as get a rough estimate for my trade in. She told me to give her a few hours and she would e-mail me photos & a list of questions for me to answer. I waited 3 days & no one ever e-mailed or called me. On April 11th, my husband called Audi on his way home from work to find out why no one was following up with me. My husband was sent to voicemail 2 times and placed on hold for 40minutes. He decided to go straight to Audi Nashua (still holding on the phone) to get the answers he was looking for. My husband spoke w/Coby Pooler about our concerns. Coby apologized for the lack of communication & re-assured my husband that he was going to find out what was going on. He called my husband back & explained that the Q7 Prestige was in the body shop having a large dent repaired. Coby explained that he would put a "sold" ticket on the rear view mirror, hold the vehicle & let us be the first to see it. The following day Coby called my husband and said the vehicle was in & it needed to be detailed. The same day, I called & spoke w/ Jessica & she sent me photos of the vehicle through text message. We also set up an appointment to bring my entire family of 5 to see the Q7 Prestige and test drive it on April 14th. My husband had to take time off of work as well. The morning of the 14th Tyler called my cell phone and my husband answered. Tyler told my husband that the Q7 Prestige SOLD. That's right. The vehicle I waited 2 weeks to see & test drive was sold even though the General Sales Manager Coby held the vehicle for me & placed a yellow and red "sold" tag on the rear view mirror marked "hold." Tyler had no compassion at all and sounded like he took extreme pleasure in being the bearer of bad news. My husband asked Tyler to have a manager call him because he was very upset. Coby wasn't available so Assistant sales manager Travis Philbrook called my husband. Travis explained that he doesn't understand how something like this could have happened. Travis said he would look into the matter & make it right. Travis also suggested that we come in because he had a few compatible vehicles. We set up an appointment for 12pm and salesman Mike show us 3 Q7 vehicles. One was a 4 cylinder. Not compatible seeing as though I was interested in a 6 cylinder. The second vehicle was almost 10k more money. The third vehicle was so dirty & had major surface scratches all over the interior as well as more miles. All 3 of these vehicles also were not a Prestige. I asked Travis if he found out why they sold the vehicle I had an appointment for. I also showed him the photos Jessica texted me of the Q7 Prestige with the red & yellow "sold" tag prior to our appointment. Travis told us he didn't know why the vehicle was sold & that there was nothing he can do for us if we don't like the other vehicles. Mike showed us. My entire family left feeling defeated. My seven year old cried the entire way home. This was a disaster and one of the worst car buying experiences we have ever gone through. More

He is very unprofessional and doesn’t follow up on his duties as a salesman. His incompetence cost me the Q7 for lack of communication. Not to mention how happy he sounded when he called me and told me my vehicle of interest got sold under my nose even though it was on hold and I had a morning appointment. Way more to my experience at Audi of Nashua but you get the picture. Worst treatment ever buyers beware. More

New Q7 and can't be happier Patrick was awesome as usual. I noticed a car while dropping off mine for service and with in three days i was in the new one. Understanding his customer and the inventory they'd be interested in as well as when the appropriate time to switch cars is really important to me as it ensures there is no wasted time. Having worked with other dealerships in the past, he ensures you can fly through the buying process and not waste time. This was super important since my kids are typically involved in the purchase/pickup. Overall, just an outstanding dealership and overall buying/leasing experience. More
