Rude and unprofessional I was interested in buying a new Audi A6 premium plus. Audi currently has a promotion going on where each dealership can heavily discount the A6 10-12 I was interested in buying a new Audi A6 premium plus. Audi currently has a promotion going on where each dealership can heavily discount the A6 10-12 thousand off msrp. It is up to the dealership. Prior to calling Audi Nashua I had talked to Audi Natick and Wagner Audi. Both dealerships offered me 12,000 off on the car I wanted and then at the beginning of the next month (May 1st) they offered less. Needless to say I stopped conversing with them because it was bad business. I had also called another dealership and was told a sales manager would contact me and I did not hear back. I then called Audi Nashua and made the mistake of telling them my stories only to be insulted by one of there sales people later on. They had an A6 Sport and it happened to be the color I wanted. While they came close to 12,000 off (11,545 to be exact), they low balled me on my trade which was a 2010 Cadillac CTS 3.0 with 39,000 miles. I wasn’t thrilled but I had them work some numbers on a A6 Sport that they told me was the only car they could do the discount on. A premium plus model was never discussed. I had not even test drove the car yet. My husband was the one who drove my car to Audi Nashua so they could give him a price on the trade. I had just told my credit union late on a Thursday afternoon and Patrick Holland had all the forms scanned and emailed to my credit union early the next morning. His eagerness to make a sale was obviously apparent. It was even more apparent when I got a text from him at home at 8:00pm that same evening. He wanted me to go with one of their credit unions after I did all the work calling credit unions to find a low interest rate. He sounded very pushy and asked me if I was going to get the car on Saturday. I explained it was out of my hands and it’s up to how quickly the credit union processes the loan. I NEVER signed any purchase and sales agreement or anything, with Audi Nashua. Saturday morning I received a call from the sales manager of other dealership that had not called me back. They told me they had a A6 premium plus 3.0. The price was 450 more than the Sport at Audi Nashua. I was also told by them, that I would be given more for my trade. I went to the other dealership. It was a nice day and I had no other plans. After meeting with their sales manager, it was a “no brainer”. I was getting a better car for 450 dollars more. They offered me 14,000 off of the car and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade. I was sold! It was a better deal and I was getting the car I had wanted. I then called Patrick Holland when I got home to tell him that I was not going to buy the Sport from Audi Nashua. He accused me of talking to the other dealership while I was talking to Audi Nashua. I explained to him that I had called the other dealership way before I called Audi Nashua and had not heard back immediately. His last words to me on the phone were “it’s all good, It’s all good. Enjoy your car.” A few seconds later I get a text from Patrick Holland saying, “I’m trying to be professional. It’s not the other dealerships. It’s you. Admit it to yourself. “ I was appaled! This comment is very rude and unprofessional! It’s obvious he was taking his anger out on me for not be able to make a sale. I have the right to buy where I want especially if it’s a 60 thousand dollar automobile! I cannot recommend this dealership due to the rudeness, un- professionalism and pushiness of their staff, specifically Patrick Holland! Look elsewhere to buy an Audi. More

Our test drive was detailed and informative. He was friendly and easy to work with. Patrick took the time to make sure we were happy and satisfied with every aspect of our transaction. He and Audi Nashua were nothing but gracious and helpful through the entire process. Jeff went above and beyond to get me the only car in the United States (currently) configured the way I wanted it and had it shipped from the West Coast. I also worked with Viral in the business office for finance and add-ons. He was just as helpful, gracious and friendly as Jeff. I've also never dealt with anyone as laid-back and low pressure as Viral - a treat in a high-volume dealer. 10/10 WILL buy here again because this is the second car from them with such a great experience.
